At CageVani, we prioritize efficiency in processing your orders to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order before dispatch. If you need to make any changes to your
order, kindly reach out to us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Delivery Time and Charges:

We are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and affordably across Pakistan. Typically, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours, excluding the order processing time. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend the delivery timeframe. Delivery charges are determined by the courier's discounted tariff.

To provide transparency and convenience, our website features a shipping calculator. When placing an order, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated and added to your final invoice based on the weight of your selected items and shipping location.

Cash Upon Delivery (COD) Charges Schedule:

For domestic orders, nominal shipping and handling charges may apply for cash upon delivery. Additionally, the courier may levy a standard fee for cash handling. Please note that rates are subject to change.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes as per their local laws and customs regulations.

Return Policy:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from CageVani. If you wish to exchange a product under the following terms, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Contact us at the provided support number/email within 3 - 5days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Provide a valid reason or detail any considerable issues with the product, such as damage or missing accessories, along with clear images of the received contents and courier label.
  • Stitched items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Please retain proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
